2nd Annual Conference of the Network of the Behavioural and Experimental Economists based in the UK (BEE UK)

About the Conference

The Behavioural Economics Research Group (BERG) of the School of Economics at the University of Sheffield is pleased to announce the combined 2nd Annual Conference of the Network of the Behavioural and Experimental Economists based in the UK (BEE UK) and Sheffield Workshop on Behavioural Economics to be held on 16-17 June 2025. The conference aims to bring together scholars, researchers and practitioners interested in advancing our understanding of behavioural economics and its applications.

We are excited to welcome Marco Castillo (Texas A&M University) as our keynote speaker. The conference will also feature a panel consisting of Simon Gaechter (University of Nottingham), Ragan Petrie (Texas A&M University), and Severine Toussaert (University of Oxford) discussing recent methodological issues on behavioural and experimental economics such as pre-registration and power analysis.

We invite submissions on various topics in behavioural economics, including (but not limited to) theory, experiments, behavioural policy, applications. Submissions should be made using this link by 15 March 2025. There is a £50 registration fee to attend the conference. More information about the conference is available at the conference webpage.
